This policy explains how CM INTERNATIONAL (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit www.cmintl-global.com or contact us.
What this website collects
- Nothing from the quote form is stored on this website. When you press “Send on WhatsApp” or “Send by email”, your brief is opened in that app on your own device, and you choose whether to send it.
- Anonymous usage statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and clicks on contact buttons. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
Information you send us
When you message us on WhatsApp, WeChat, Instagram or email, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, company, contact details and product requirements. We use it only to reply, prepare quotes, find suppliers and manage your order.
To source and ship your goods we may share the necessary details, such as product specifications, quantities and delivery address, with manufacturers and logistics partners. We never sell your information.
Messages sent through WhatsApp, WeChat, Instagram or email are also handled by those providers under their own privacy policies.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
How long we keep information
We keep correspondence and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, and then delete them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing cminternational279@gmail.com.
